License to Operate the Platform
When you submit content, you grant Workspace Social and AI-gency a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate and provide the platform
- Display content to the audience you select
- Deliver media through hosting and content-delivery services
- Maintain, secure, and improve platform functionality
- Enforce these Terms and respond to legal obligations
This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies remain in backups, were shared or retained by other members, or must be preserved for legal, security, or enforcement reasons.
Your Responsibility

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workspace Social, AI-gency, and their operators, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, opportunities, reputation, or business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from or relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid directly for Workspace Social during the previous 12 months; or
- One hundred United States dollars ($100).
