1. Acceptance of These Terms

By applying for membership, creating an account, or using Workspace Social, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not register for or use the platform. If you use Workspace Social on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Membership Approval

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Workspace Social.

Workspace Social is a private community. Registration does not guarantee membership. We may require:

• A valid email address
• Email verification
• A public social profile, professional profile, or website for membership review
• Administrative approval before access is granted

We may approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or revoke membership when reasonably necessary to protect the community or enforce these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current registration information
• Maintain only accounts you are authorized to use
• Keep your password and login credentials confidential
• Promptly update inaccurate account information
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach
• Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account

You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, or provide access to your account without written permission from Workspace Social.

4. Community Conduct

Members must use Workspace Social lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. You may not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person
• Promote hatred, violence, exploitation, or discrimination
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Publish knowingly false, fraudulent, or deceptive information
• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or repetitive messages
• Operate bots, scrapers, crawlers, or unauthorized automated tools
• Distribute malware, harmful code, or deceptive links
• Attempt to bypass platform security or access restrictions
• Collect or expose another person’s private information without permission
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights
• Exploit, sexualize, or endanger minors
• Interfere with the platform or another member’s use of it
• Use the platform for unlawful transactions or prohibited products

5. Member Content

Your Ownership

You retain ownership of original content you submit, including posts, images, videos, comments, messages, event information, and other materials.

License to Operate the Platform

When you submit content, you grant Workspace Social and AI-gency a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and provide the platform
• Display content to the audience you select
• Deliver media through hosting and content-delivery services
• Maintain, secure, and improve platform functionality
• Enforce these Terms and respond to legal obligations

This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies remain in backups, were shared or retained by other members, or must be preserved for legal, security, or enforcement reasons.

Your Responsibility

You represent that you own your submitted content or have the necessary permission to use and share it. You are responsible for your content and its consequences.

6. Privacy and Communications

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Workspace Social Privacy Policy.

You agree to receive service-related communications, including email verification, registration approval, account security, moderation, support, and important platform notices.

Workspace Social is private in the sense that membership is controlled. This does not guarantee that content shared with other members will remain confidential. Recipients may copy, retain, screenshot, or redistribute information.

7. Messages, Groups, Events, and Member Interactions

Workspace Social provides tools for members to communicate, organize groups, create or attend events, and interact with one another.

Workspace Social and AI-gency do not guarantee the identity, statements, qualifications, behavior, products, services, or intentions of any member.

You are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment and safety precautions when communicating, conducting business, attending events, meeting members, or sharing information.

8. Marketplace, Advertising, and Payments

If marketplace, advertising, wallet, campaign, or payment features are available:

• Members are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, promotions, and transactions.
• Workspace Social does not automatically endorse or guarantee member-provided products or services.
• Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms.
• Additional payment, advertising, refund, or marketplace rules may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, disputes between members concerning purchases, services, deliveries, or payments must be resolved between those members.

9. Intellectual Property

Workspace Social, its software, design, branding, logos, interface, documentation, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to WorkspaceSocial.Site by AI-gency.

Except as permitted through normal platform use, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, reproduce, or create derivative works from the platform without written authorization.

Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Copyright and Rights Complaints

If you believe content on Workspace Social infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us with:

• Your name and contact information
• A description of the protected work or right
• The location of the disputed content
• A statement explaining your good-faith belief
• A statement that your report is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it

11. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, restrict, hide, remove, preserve, or report content when reasonably necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms or community rules
• Respond to member reports
• Protect members or platform security
• Investigate suspected abuse, fraud, or illegal activity
• Comply with legal obligations

We are not required to monitor every activity or item of content and cannot guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified immediately.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, reject, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms or community rules were violated
• The account presents a security or fraud risk
• The account is being used deceptively or unlawfully
• Continued access could harm members or the platform
• Termination is required by law

Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to content, messages, groups, events, purchases, or other platform features.

13. External Websites and Services

Workspace Social may contain links to external websites, tools, applications, profiles, payment processors, or other third-party services.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, products, practices, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

14. Platform Availability and Changes

We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue platform features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

Maintenance, hosting interruptions, internet failures, third-party outages, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control may affect access.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workspace Social is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that:

• The platform will always be available or error-free
• Content or member information will always be accurate
• Every member is who they claim to be
• Content will never be copied, lost, or accessed improperly
• Member transactions or interactions will meet expectations

Content shared by members represents their own views and not necessarily those of Workspace Social or AI-gency.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workspace Social, AI-gency, and their operators, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, opportunities, reputation, or business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability arising from or relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid directly for Workspace Social during the previous 12 months; or
• One hundred United States dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Workspace Social, AI-gency, and their operators, providers, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your content
• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of another person’s rights
• Your transactions or interactions with other members

18. Disputes and Governing Principles

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact support@workspacesocial.site and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where WorkspaceSocial.Site by AI-gency is principally established and operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any unresolved dispute must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business transaction or platform restructuring.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific rules, constitute the agreement governing your use of Workspace Social.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as the platform, our practices, or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
